FEDERAL COURT OF APPEAL

Nova Scotia Power Inc. v. Canada, A-108-02, 2003 FCA 33, Pelletier J.A., judgment dated 23/1/03 (C.A.), was affirmed by a decision dated 16/7/04, and will be published in the Supreme Court Reports.
