G.D. Searle & Co. v. Canada (Minister of Health), (T-884-07, 2008 FC 437) has been affirmed on appeal (A-208-08, 2009 FCA 35), reasons for judgment handed down February 9, 2009.

Kamel v. Canada (Attorney General), [2009] 1 F.C.R. 59 (F.C.) has been reversed on appeal (A-167-08, 2009 FCA 21). The reasons for judgment, handed down January 23, 2009, will be published in the Federal Courts Reports.
