FEDERAL COURT OF APPEAL

AB Hassle v. Canada (Minister of National Health and Welfare), [2002] 3 F.C. 221 (T.D.), has been affirmed on appeal (A-716-01, [2002] 3 F.C. 221), reasons for judgment handed down 1/11/02.

CCH Canadian Ltd. v. Law Society of Upper Canada, [2000] 2 F.C. 451 (T.D.), has been reversed in part on appeal (A-806-99, [2000] 2 F.C. 451). The reasons for judgment handed down 14/5/02, will be reported in the Federal Court Reports.

SUPREME COURT OF CANADA

Sauvé v. Canada (Chief Electoral Officer), [2000] 2 F.C. 117 (C.A.), was reversed by a decision dated 21/11/02, and will be published in the Supreme Court Reports.
