FEDERAL COURT OF APPEAL

1395804 Ontario Ltd. (Blacklock's Reporter) v. Canada (Attorney General), T-1862-15, 2024 FC 829, has been reversed on appeal (A-267-24, 2026 FCA 56), reasons for judgment handed down March 19, 2026. Both decisions will be published in the Federal Courts Reports.

Bedard v. Canada (Attorney General), T-1576-22, 2024 FC 570, which is digested in the Federal Courts Reports, has been reversed in part on appeal (A-170-24, 2026 FCA 53). The reasons for judgment, handed down March 13, 2026, will be published in the Federal Courts Reports.

Proslide Technology, Inc. v. Whitewater West Industries, Ltd., T-1449-20, 2024 FC 1439, has been reversed in part on appeal (A-331-24, 2026 FCA 59), reasons for judgment handed down March 20, 2026. Both decisions will be published in the Federal Courts Reports.
