Judicial review of decision by Canadian Human Rights Tribunal awarding legal costs of $105,000 to respondent pursuant to Canadian Human Rights Act, R.S.C., 1985, c. H-6, s. 53(2)(c)—Because present matter dealing with expenses of litigation, Tribunal had jurisdiction to award costs for ongoing legal expenses under s. 53(2)(c)—But as valid written offers to settle more favourable than judgment obtained, Federal Courts Rules,SOR/98-106 (as am. by SOR/2004-283, s. 2), r. 420(2)(a) applied— Application allowed.
