Appeal from dismissal by Federal Court (2005 FC 1314) of Heinz’s application for review of Canadian Food Inspection Agency’s decision, in response to access to information request, to disclose documents containing information about Heinz—Heinz objecting to release of documents on ground containing confidential commercial information, pursuant to Access to Information Act, R.S.C., 1985, c. A-1, s. 20(1)(b), and on ground one of documents not falling within terms of access request—Documents in question containing commercial information, but that information not confidential—As to whether documents within terms of original request, presumptive right of access conferred by Act, s. 4 applying to all documents, including those not described in access request—Appeal dismissed.
