Appeal from Federal Court decision (2006 FC 1239) allowing application for judicial review of decision by adjudicator following grievance under Public Service Staff Relations Act, R.S.C., 1985, c. P‑35, s. 92—Employer taking disciplinary action against respondent—Federal Court committing error in law in imposing on employer obligation of good faith and fair dealing outside of dismissal context and in characterizing breach of such obligation as separate compensable civil fault—Appeal allowed.
