Application for judicial review of Convention Refugee Determination Division supported by false affidavit-While counsel may not have been aware applicant swore false affidavit at moment of signing, became aware of falsity before appearance in Court-As officer of Court, counsel had obligation to inform Court of facts rather than continue fraud on Court-Filing false affidavits, or abetting such action, constituting contempt of Court-When proceedings instituted and continued on basis of false affidavits, individuals perpetrating such activity should expect to be required to reimburse respondent for its costs, and to pay fine into Court to recompense public purse for cost occasioned by Court proceeding-Application for judicial review dismissed.
