Applications for leave, judicial review of decisions by Immigration and Refugee Board applicants not refugees as not credible--Respondent seeking orders dismissing applications on ground applicants' proceedings, memoranda, prepared by person, Maria Esposito, not member of Bar, i.e. could not "legally" prepare memoranda, applications for judicial review--Respondent's motions dismissed--Leave applications should not be dismissed simply because Ms. Esposito not member of Bar--But memoranda filed not addressing basis upon which Board concluded, in all four matters, applicants not credible and, as result, claims to refugee status would be denied--Submissions insufficient to convince Court applications for judicial review should be allowed--Applications dismissed.
