Decisions selected for publication in the Federal Courts Reports are now available online prior to their final reproduction in print format, thus ensuring a more timely dissemination of those decisions.
Beginning with [2010], Volume 4, Part 1, the PDF versions of individual decisions on the Federal Courts Reports Web site are available in a side by side (English and French) format.
